| Abstract: | The processing technique of health beverage from pear juice and Lentinus edodes polysaccharide has been studied. At the same time, how to extract endocellar and extracellular polysaccharide products from Lentinus edodes and the effects of extracting temperature, heating time, ratio between Lentinus edodes and water on extractionyield and activity of Lentinus edodes polysaccharide were studied. |
