摘    要:鉴于介质阻挡放电(DBD)是工业上非常有前途的处理材料表面的环保技术,于是采用常压DBD产生的空气低温等离子体对聚苯乙烯(PS)薄膜进行了表面改性.通过接触角测量、原子力显微镜(AFM)观察和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析,研究了空气等离子体处理前后PS薄膜的表面性能的变化.结果表明,PS膜表面润湿性随处理时间的延长而提高,PS膜表面粗糙度增加,而且在表面10nm范围内引入了含氧和含氮的官能团.等离子体处理后PS薄膜润湿性改善的主要原因是由表面粗糙化和引入含氧、含氮极性官能团的复合作用造成的.

Abstract:The surfaces of polystyrene (PS) films were modified by atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) in ambient environment.The surface microstructures and properties of the modified PS were characterized with atomic force microscopy (AFM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and water contact angle measurement.The impacts of the surface modification conditions on the surface properties were studied.The results show that the surface modification significantly affects the surface morphology and properties.For example,the modification improves its surface wettability,roughens its surface,and introduces O- and N-functional groups.Possible mechanism is that the surface roughening and incorporation of O- and N-functional groups result in hydrophilicity improvement.
