盾构掘进土压控制模型的建立及仿真

摘    要:为建立以密封舱压力平衡为目标的土压控制模型,提出了采用机理分析与LS-SVM技术相结合的方法。首先对盾构掘进过程进行机理分析,根据掘进过程的连续性方程、力学平衡方程等,建立了密封舱土压控制模型;由于盾构总推力、推进速度、螺旋输送机转速等施工参数对密封舱土压的影响程度不同,在模型中引入了权重系数γ。然后基于LS-SVM技术建立了误差模型并求取参数γ的最优值。最后通过仿真验证了模型的有效性。

Abstract:To establish earth pressure control model aiming at chamber pressure balance,a method of combining mechanism analysis and least squares support vector machine(LS-SVM) technology was proposed.
