| 摘 要： | 介绍了唐山钢铁股份有限公司1810mm热连轧生产线的活套控制原理，分析了起套过程中和正常轧制时活套张力异常的原因，并提出了解决办法，其中合理设定AMTC参数、避免连铸坯厚度频繁改变、正确计算活套量等是关键。

| Abstract: | The looper control mechanism of 1810mm hot strip mill of Tangshan Iron ＆ Steel Co. , Ltd. was introduced. The causes of looper tension abnormal during rolling were analyzed, and its countermeasures were put forward. The AMTC parameters and looper length reasonable calculation were important. Meanwhile, the slab thickness should not be frequently changed. |
