大港减压渣油超临界萃取分馏窄馏分的黏度混合规律

摘    要: 测定了不同温度下大港减渣及其超临界萃取分馏(SFEF)窄馏分的黏度,考察了不同SFEF窄馏分的黏度混合规则,讨论了SFEF窄馏分中混合萃余残渣对其黏度的影响。结果表明,随着SFEF窄馏分逐渐变重,其黏度逐渐增大,黏温性质变差。采用多元线性回归的方法,根据各SFEF窄馏分的密度和数均相对分子质量,对其黏度进行了关联,计算值与实测值平均相对误差为 16.56%;不同SFEF窄馏分混合,其黏度符合对数混合规则,计算值与实测值的平均相对误差分别为 13.42%(按质量分数加和)和14.77%(按体积分数加和)。萃余残渣对SFEF窄馏分黏度的影响很大,随着萃余残渣加入量的增加,体系的黏度增大,萃余残渣每递增1%时,体系黏度的平均增加值不断迅速增大,最高可达6444 mPa s。

Abstract:The viscosity of Dagang vacuum residue and its narrow fractions by suprcritical fluid extraction and fractionation (SFEF) was determined under various temperatures. The rule of viscosity of different mixed SFEF fractions was studied. The effect of non-extractable end-cut on the viscosity of SFEF fractions was also discussed. The results showed that the viscosity increased with SFEF fractions becoming heavier, namely the properties of viscosity-temperature became worse. By the method of multiple regressions, the viscosity of SFEF fractions correlated with their density and number average relative molecular mass was forecasted and the average relative deviation was 16.56%. Average relative deviation of 13.42% and 14.77% between experimental and calculated viscosity for the logarithmic mixing rule expressed in mass and volume fraction were obtained. The end-cut was of great influence on the viscosity of SFEF fractions. The viscosity increased with the amount of end-cut. The average viscosity increment increased dramatically even the adding end-cut increases 1%. The highest value was up to 6444 mPa s.
