改性咪唑啉与烷基磷酸酯用作缓蚀剂的协同效应

摘    要: 应用电化学方法在饱和CO2的模拟盐水中对改性咪唑啉和烷基磷酸酯抑制A3碳钢腐蚀的缓蚀效果进行了评价,对二者的协同效应进行了研究。结果表明,改性咪唑啉与烷基磷酸酯复配使用具有明显的正协同效应,当二者比例为1:1时,缓蚀率较单独使用时提高20%。这可能是二者的缓蚀机理优势互补所致。改性咪唑啉的缓蚀作用以吸附膜为主,而烷基磷酸酯的缓蚀作用以沉淀膜为主,二者共同使用既可以增强保护膜的强度又可以最大限度的保持膜的完整性。在实验研究的范围内,改性咪唑啉主要以抑制阴极作用为主,而烷基磷酸酯主要以抑制阳极作用为主,二者复配使用可同时更有效抑制腐蚀的阴、阳极反应,因而缓蚀效果更好。

Abstract:TThe inhibition efficiency of modified imidazoline compound and alkyl-phosphate ester against corrosion of carbon steel A3 in synthetic brine saturated with CO2 was investigated by electrochemical method. Their synergistic effect was studied, the experimental results indicate that a appreciable positive synergistic effect can be seen, when modified imidazoline and alkyl-phosphate ester were used together with proportion 1:1, corrosion inhibition rate raise 20% compared with isolation usage. The inhibition effect of modified imidazoline is mainly in adsorption film, while alkyl-phosphate ester is mainly in deposition film. A film with great strength and well integrity can be obtained when imidazoline and alkyl-phosphate ester were used together. Within range of experiment investigation, the main effect of modified imidazoline is inhibitting cathode action, while alkyl-phosphate ester is inhibiting anode action. The cathode and anode action of corrosion can be effective inhibited all together when modified imidazoline and alkyl-phosphate ester were used together.
