| 摘 要： | 能源问题已上升到国家安全战略高度，能源生产和消费所引发的全球性环境问题已受到世界各国的普遍关注。本文在概述各国能源消费与未来能源供需预测的基础上，着重阐明我国所面临的严峻的能源环境压力，指出推行绿色能源计划是我国新世纪最迫切的议题之一，开发利用可再生能源和新能源是中国未来能源结构的基石。
