| 摘 要： | 温州山塘水库大多建于20世纪50～60年代,因受当时的财力、物力和技术条件限制,经过几十年运行,各种隐患逐渐暴露,其中以大坝渗漏部份较为突出,作者就大坝渗漏的成因进行分析,并提出相应的处理对策。

| Abstract: | Most of Shantang reservoirs were built up around the 1950s and 1960s. Restricted by the capital,materials and technology,the hidden troubles were uncovered gradually after reservoirs have been operated several decades,among which the dam leakage stands out. The author analyzes the causation of the dam leakage and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure. |
