改性PVB印花粘合剂的研究

采用接枝共混改性法,用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)改性聚丙烯酸酯,制得布用印花粘合剂。通过正交实验,对聚丙烯酸酯单体的选择与用量、引发剂和PVB用量、溶剂的选择、反应时间及反应温度与粘合剂性能的关系进行了研究,筛选出最佳的工艺条件及物料配比。研究结果表明,在最佳物料配比及工艺条件下,制取的布用印花粘合剂的综合性能优于市售的同类产品,其固含量为45%、储存稳定性好(-20～120℃)、pH=5.6～6.7且粘度为0.25MPa·s。

Study on modified PVB paint printing adhesive
