氧化麦芽糊精的制备及缓蚀实验研究

摘    要:使用麦芽糊精为原料,采用双氧水制备改性氧化麦芽糊精,对产物进行了核磁结构分析,并进行了电化学循环伏安行为的测试,实验结果表明:改性氧化麦芽糊精水溶液PH=4.2,结构上存在羰基基团,在5%NaCl溶液中添加0.1%的氧化麦芽糊精含量会提高304不锈钢试片的缓蚀性能。

Abstract:The Maltodextrin is use as raw materials,the modified maltodextrin is prepared by hydrogen peroxide,products structure are analysed by NMR,and the electrochemical behavior is testes by cyclic voltammetry.The result is indicated that the modified maltodextrin have carbonyl when pH = 4.0.It can improve the inhibition performance of the 304 stainless steel when injection 0.1 % of the oxidation maltodextrin into 5 % NaCl solution.
