交联聚合物防窜驱油组分模型模拟器

摘    要:本文提出适合阴、阳离子聚合物交联防窜驱油的三维二相六组分模型模拟器。该模拟器可以对交联聚合物防窜流动中的物理化学反应过程和静、动态渗流场的变化过程进行全方位的模拟显示和预测。模拟器中考虑了聚合物防窜驱油中的许多物理特性,如阴、阳离子聚合物的非牛顿特性、盐敏效应、吸附、降解、毛管压力、渗透率下降、相粘度、不可及孔隙体积、阴离子聚合物和阳离子聚合物交联反应封堵油层等等。

Abstract:This paper presents a compositional simulator for channeling-control and oil-displacement with cross-linking polymer, which can fully demonstrate and predict various physico-chemical reactions and the static and dynamic percolation fields during treatment. This simulator has taken account effects of many physical characters, such as the non-Newtonian flow characteristics, salt-sensitivity, adsorption, degradation, capillary pressure, permeability reduction, phase viscosity, inaccessible pore volume, formation damage by cross-linking reaction between cationic and anionic polymers, etc.. So it is a very practical and widely applicable simulator of 3-D, 2-phase, 6 components.
