THE METHOD OF OILFIELD DEVELOPMENT DESIGN

The design of oilfield development, which runs through the whole life of the oilfield production, is an important link of the oilfield management. The design includes three stages of conceptual design at early stage, integrated plan design and its adjustment at mature stage. The requirements of the three stages are different since the understandings to the reservoir are different. The destinations, requirements, evaluation procedures and methods, and the information that should be enrolled in the different stages are systematically discussed in the paper, combining oilfield development practices for many year in our country with the technical developing trends at home and abroad. It also pointed out that it is very important that a multidisciplinary team is organized and cooperates with each other in the design of oilfield development.
