| 摘 要： | 以处于不确定条件下的建筑企业为研究对象,结合建筑企业战略管理的特殊性,以及建筑企业三种主要的项目实施模式,分析了不确定条件下战略搜寻的过程,构筑了符合战略的项目实施模式选择路径,探讨了基于建筑企业战略的项目实施模式选择路径,描述了项目实施模式选择的基本规则和程序。
