基于遗传算法的无阀液压冲击旋转型锚杆钻机动力头优化设计

摘    要:针对旋转式锚杆钻机不适用于坚硬岩层的问题,提出了无阀液压冲击旋转型锚杆钻机动力头结构。在正确分析冲击旋转钻孔破岩原理后,制定出无阀液压冲击旋转型动力头结构方案,并采用遗传算法优化原理,利用MATLAB遗传算法工具箱对动力头结构及尺寸进行优化设计,较好地解决了锚杆钻机的冲击钻进问题。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that rotary roofbolters are not suitable for hard terrane,the valveless hydraulic impact-rotary driving head of roofbolter was proposed.After analyzing the rack breaking principle of impact-rotary drilling,a new project of valveless hydraulic impact-rotary driving head of roofbolter was carried out.Adopts the genetic algorithm(GA) principle and uses the GA toolbox of MATLAB to make optimal design for structure and dimension of driving head,and good results have been made.
