| 摘 要： | 本文通过几种非ODS清洗剂与CFC-115清洗剂性能的比较，同时简要说明了真空开关管的生产过程中各种清洗剂的使用情况，说明了HEP-2清洗剂替代零部件清洗和整管带电清洗中使用的CFC-115清洗剂的情况。
