航空发动机主轴圆柱滚子轴承弹流动态性能仿真

摘    要:基于现代弹流理论和弹性力学理论建立了圆柱滚子轴承等温稳态、非等温时变及其接触面粗糙的热弹流分析模型和应力分析模型,用数值分析方法对模型进行了求解,并对圆柱滚子轴承弹流动态性能和滚动体接触应力进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,轴承速度、载荷、粗糙度是影响轴承弹流性能的主要因素;在不考虑其它因素情况下,接触区内中部的接触应力最高。

Abstract:Based on theory of modern elastohydrodynamic lubrication and elasticity,thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication and stress analysis model of isothermal steady-state,non-isothermal transient,roughness of surface on cylindrical roller bearings was established,and this model was solved by means of numerical analysis.Cylindrical roller bearings elastohydrodynamic lubrication performances and rolling element contact stress were simulated.Simulation results show that bearing speed,load,roughness are predominant factors which effect bearings elastohydrodynamic lubrication performances;contact stress in the central section of contact zone is the highest.
