| 摘 要： | 利用体外，体内实验方法对美白添加剂及配方进行筛选和评估，通过观察美白添加剂对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用，对Ｂ１６细胞活力及黑素生成的影响，结合临床受试者实验，结果表明，根据黑素生成理论的新的认识所复配的美白添加剂效果较为理想。

| Abstract: | The whitening agents and fomulations were assessed by in vitro and in vivo tests. The inhibitory of the whitening agents on activity of tyrosinase and the effect on melanogenesis in B16 melanoma cells were examined.According to the evaluation of the clinical research,the compounding whitening agents based on the new knowledge of melanogenic theory are proved to be perfect effective in this experiment. |
