| Abstract: | Miniemulsion polymerization is a special type of emulsion polymerization which characterized by droplet nucleation, and possesses many advantage for producing polymer dispersions or polymer particles. This article introduced the preparation of miniemulsion, and reviewed the influence of the ingredients (such as monomers, emulsifier, costabilizer and trapped polymer) on miniemulsion stability and miniemulsion polymerization behavior. |
