| Abstract: | Starting with current status of setup and management of emergency interface of standby power sup-ply and taking the causes for expanded accident during two black-outs as an example, the paper expounds the importance of reasonable setup and management of emergency interface of standby power supply , which is practical for emergency repair for important power users and guarantees power supply for temporary important power users. |
