X线摄片结合CT扫描诊断颈椎病的诊断价值分析

目的:通过患者临床表现,结合X线摄片结合CT扫描诊断颈椎病的影像学特点,探究其诊断结果对患者的诊断水平。方法:选取2010年10月至2013年10月来我院进行颈椎病诊治的患者128例,两组患者均进行X线摄片及CT扫描,根据影像学结果,分析两组的诊断水平。结果:X线平片可良好地展示颈椎生理曲度、椎间隙及骨质改变,而CT对椎间盘、黄韧带、后纵韧带、椎体形态程度及病变部位具有良好地诊断作用,故需结合患者的临床表现选择影像学检查,提高诊断意义。结论:临床诊断颈椎病,X线摄片常为首选检查方法,但只能显示部分颈椎病变,CT扫描诊断颈椎管及椎间盘的准确性高于X线摄片,故应结合患者临床表现,根据病情选取检查方法,提高诊断水平。

X-ray Diagnosis Value of CT Scanning In the Diagnosis of Cervical Vertebra Disease Analysis

Objective： By clinical manifestations, combined with X-ray characteristics combined with CT scan in the diagnosis of cervical vertebra disease image, explore the diagnosis results of diagnostic level of patients. Methods： In 128 patients from 2010 October to 2013 October to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis, two patients were performed X-ray and CT scan, according to the imaging results, analysis and diagnosis level of two groups. Results： X-ray film can well show the change of cervical physiological curvature, intervertebral space and bone, and CT on intervertebral disc, yellow ligament, posterior longitudinal ligament, vertebral morphology and lesion site has good diagnosis effect, so it needs to be combined with clinical manifestations of choice of imaging examination, improve the diagnostic significance. Conclusion： The clinical diagnosis of cervical disease, X-ray is often the preferred method of examination, but can only show part of the cervical lesions, the accuracy of CT scanning in the diagnosis of cervical spinal canal and intervertebral disc is higher than that of X-ray radiography, it should be combined with clinical manifestations, according to the condition of selecting examination methods, to improve the level of diagnosis.
