| 摘 要： | 从总承包方的角度,对EPC总承包项目竣工资料的整编依据及组成进行了介绍,归纳了竣工资料整编和管理的工作思路,分析了在EPC总承包项目竣工资料的整编管理过程中普遍存在的问题及产生的原因,并提出了相应的防治对策。

| Abstract: | From an angle of the general contractor, this paper introduces the compilation basis and composition of the construction completion data of EPC general contract project, summarizes the work ideas for the compilation and management of the completion data, analyzes the common existing problems in the compilation and management process of the completion data of the general contracting project and the reasons, and proposes corresponding prevention countermeasures. |
