| 摘 要： | 为有效降低配煤成本,济钢通过采取改造配合煤粉碎系统、新建小侧装煤塔、改进除尘方式、新增机械设备等措施将4.3 m顶装焦炉改造为捣固焦炉。改造后,在保证同样焦炭质量的前提下,多用30%~40%的高挥发分弱黏性煤及部分非黏结性煤,扩大了炼焦用煤源,配合煤成本降低30多元/t,且保持炉体不变。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce cost, Jinan Steel transformed 4.3 m coke oven into stamp-charging coking oven by transforming disintegrator, newly building side mount coal-tower, improving dusting method and newly adding mechanical equipments. After transformation, on the premise of ensuring the quality of coke, the coal resource for coking was enlarged with added more than 30%-40% high volatile weak coking coal and a part of non-viscous coal. The blending cost reduced more than 30 RMB per ton. |
