| 摘 要： | 从1910年第一台质谱仪的研制成功，到今天100年左右的时间里，质谱经历了快速的发展，而质谱的应用也越来越广泛，它发挥的作用也越来越重要。本文对有机质谱的基本知识进行简单阐述，重点介绍了离子源和质量分析器部分。此外，还介绍了质谱分析法在食品安全、环境检测及一些环保法令要求等检测领域的应用。

| Abstract: | Since the first MS was invented in 1910, the mass spectrometry developed very quickly, thus application of MS was very broad and the use of it was more and more important in the modem industry. The basic theory of mass spectrometry was introduced and mass analyzer were expatiated. The application of mass spectrum analysis method in food safety, environment inspecting and other fields were introduced. |
