摘    要:文中从过程工业换热流程优化的角度论述了采用双(多)壳程换热器的重要性和必要性,并从单个匹配和整个换热网络两方面进行了理论分析,指出采用双(多)壳程换热器具有降低换热器投资,提高换热网络热回收率和过程系统的能量综合优化化水平等多重效果。

Abstract:The necessity and importance for the use of double ( multiple) shell heat exchanger was discussed in view point of promoting the thermal energy recovery in the process systems. And theoretical analysis was carried out from single match unit and whole heat exchanger network. It was pointed out that the use of the double (multiple) shell heat exchangers can lower the capital investment, raise the thermal energy recovery ratio and the energy integration level of the process systems.
