刺山柑地上部分氨基酸和种油脂肪酸成分的分析

摘    要:采用加速溶剂和索氏提取法提取刺山柑种子中油脂,经酯化后,以气相色谱-质谱联用技术鉴定出刺山柑种子中的脂肪酸。采用835-50型氨基酸自动分析仪测定了刺山柑果实、花蕾和叶子中氨基酸的含量。结果:刺山柑种子油含有7种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸总量占93.91%,主要成分亚油酸占66.1%。刺山柑果实、花蕾和叶子中均含有18种常见氨基酸,包括人体必需的7种氨基酸,其总含量分别为16.91%、10.14%、17.88%。结论:刺山柑种油富含不饱和脂肪酸油酸,地上部分氨基酸含量丰富,具有较高的营养价值。

Abstract:Determine the compositions and contents of seed oil and amino in the aerial parts of Capparis spinosa. Accelerated solvent extraction and Soxhlet extraction were used to extract Capparis spinosa seed oil. The composition of fatty acid was determined by GC/MS after esterfication. The contents of amino acids in the fruit, flower bud and the leaf of Capparis spinosa had been determined by automatic amino acid analyzer Model 835-50. Seven kinds of fatty acid were found in seed oil. The content of unsaturated fatty acid was 93.91 % and the content of 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid (Z,Z)-, methyl ester was 66.1 %. All the aerial parts of Capparis spinosa contain seven essential amino acids for human body.Total amino acid contents of the fruit, flower bud and leaf were amounted for 16.91 %,10.14% and 17.88 % respectively . The content of unsaturated fatty acid in Capparis spinosa seed oil and amino in the aerial parts of Capparis spinosa are rich, which reserved to be further exploited.
