高温换热器多场耦合数值模拟研究

摘    要:建立了高温换热器流动和传热的数值模型,对5种不同工况条件下的换热器进行了数值模拟,得到换热器的流动和传热特性;在ANSYS软件中建立换热器管束三维有限元模型,通过ANSYS CFX-POST准确的将前面FLUENT计算得到的温度场、压力场映射到ANSYS结构模型中,对换热器进行多场耦合分析;通过热-结构应力分析,得到换热器管束的等效应力和位移分布状况,并确定了最大应力发生的位置和具体数值,对换热器进行强度评价。

Abstract:The numerical model for the high temperature heat exchanger was established to simulate its flow and heat transfer characteristics at five working conditions;A finite element analysis model for the heat exchanger's bundle was built in ANSYS model,and through ANSYS CFX-POST,both temperature and pressure field simulated in FLUNT were accurately mapped to ANSYS structure model to analyze the heat exchanger with multi-field coupling method;Through analyzing thermal-structural stress,both equivalent stress and displacement distribution of heat exchanger's bundle was determined,including the maximum stress's location and its value so as to evaluate heat exchanger's strength.
