地面驱动螺杆泵井优化设计及工况诊断系统

摘    要:针对地面驱动螺杆泵井管理不完善及缺乏测试诊断手段的现状,开发了螺杆泵井工况测试系统,实现了光杆受力的测试、数据传输和分析。测试系统包括螺杆泵井工况诊断和优化设计2个软件模块。2个模块的交互使用,可以完成地面驱动螺杆泵井管理的全部工作。200井次的油田现场实际应用表明,该软件故障诊断正确率和优化设计符合率高于90%,取得良好效果。

Abstract:A working condition testing system for screw pump wells is developed for improving the management of these wells. The system can carry out the test and data transfer and analysis of the force on the polished rod. It includes the working condition diagnosis software and optimization software. By means of the interactive use of these two sets of software, the management of the surface drive screw pump well can be all done. Field use shows that the optimization and diagnosis system has good performance.
