铁尾矿砂自密实混凝土工作性能试验研究

摘    要:以铁尾矿砂取代天然砂作为细骨料配制自密实混凝土,对其工作性能进行了试验研究,试验结果表明,随着铁尾矿砂掺量的增加,拌合物流变性先增加后降低,当铁尾矿砂掺量超过60%时,自密实混凝土的流动性和填充性明显降低,铁尾矿砂掺量为40%~50%时,拌合物具有良好的工作性。

Abstract:The paper takes ferrous mill tailings to replace natural sand as fine aggregate to make up self-compaction concrete,and carries out experimental research on the working performance.Research results show that: the rheological behavior of the mixture will firstly increase and secondly reduce with the increasing of ferrous mill tailings mixing amount,the fluidity and filling ability of the self-compaction concrete will obviously reduce when the ferrous mill tailings mixing amount exceeds 60%,the mixture will have good working performance when the ferrous mill tailings mixing amount is 40% ~50%.
