机制砂配制道路混凝土室内试验研究

摘    要:通过开展不同掺量的机制砂混凝土的抗弯强度、坍落度及工作性能等方面的研究,得出混凝土的抗折强度均随着机制砂掺量的增大而增大,当机制砂掺量在60%~70%时,抗弯拉强度达到最大值,坍落度均随着机制砂掺比的增加总体上也呈现上升趋势,机制砂掺量低于70%时,则机制砂掺量对混凝土工作性参数影响不大。

Abstract:According to the research on the bending strength of the concrete with machine-made sand with various mixing amounts,the slump constant,and working performance,the paper concludes the bending strength of the concrete increases as more mixing amounts of the machine-made sand are added,indicates the bending strength reaches the maximum when the mixing amount of the machine-sand is between 60% to 70%,and the slump constant also shows the rising tendency when the mixed ratio increases,and illustrates the mixing amount of the machine-made sand has little influence on the concrete working parameter,when the mixing amount of the machine-made sand is lower than 70%.
