| 摘 要： | 深入分析老年人的生理特点和活动规律,结合室内设计中人体工程学和心理学的相关知识,分析厨房设计中存在的问题,并且运用无障碍设计的方法,为老年人设计一个更加人性化的厨房环境,确保老年人在厨房空间的方便和安全,提高老年人的自理能力和自信心。

| Abstract: | This paper in-depth analyzed the physiological characteristics and activity patterns of the older people,combining with the related knowledge of ergonomics and psychology in interior design,analyzed the existing problems in the kitchen design,and used the barrier-free design method,designed a more user-friendly kitchen environment for the older people,ensure the convenience and safety of older people in the kitchen space,improved the self-care ability and self-confidence of older people. |
