摘    要:刀具与工件之间的颤振,一直是学术界和工程界的研究热点。薄壁结构零件由于自身结构特点,在加工过程中极易发生变形和切削颤振,这对提高加工质量和加工效率十分不利。回顾切削颤振的机理研究历史,尤其是铣削加工稳定性的机理、动力学模型以及薄壁结构零件铣削颤振的研究情况,并综合介绍国内外在颤振预报与控制方面的研究进展,为最终实现减小或消除加工颤振的研究目的提供有益的参考。

Research Progress in the Cutting Chatter of Thin-Walled Workpiece

Abstract:Cutting chatter between the tool and workpiece has always been a research focus in the academic and engineering realm .Owing to the special structure characteristic , thin-walled workpiece is easy to deform and vibrate in machining .The mechanics research history of cutting chatter was recalled , especially in the milling stability mechanics , dynamic model and the research state on the chatter of cutting of thin -walled workpiece . The domestic and foreign research progress was presented in the chatter prediction and control .All these works provide favorable references to realize the final objective of reducing and cancelling the cutting chatter .
