复杂锑铅矿矿浆电解过程银的控制浸出

摘    要:用矿浆电解法处理广西难处理复杂锑铅矿 ,并对银的控制浸出进行了条件试验。结果表明 ,在矿浆电解过程中 ,通过加入KI可以控制锑铅矿中银的浸出 ,银浸出率小于 2 0 % ,阴极锑含银小于 2 0 0g/t。抑制在渣中的银被富集在铅精矿中 ,并在火法炼铅过程予以回收 ,银的总回收率大于 80 %。

Abstract:Using the Slurry Electrolysis Process to separate antimony and lead from the antimony lead concentrate in Guangxi province, a series of tests, which by controlling the leaching of sliver contained in the concentrate, have been done in this paper The results testified that by adding KI in the course of Slurry Electrolysis to control the leaching of Ag is feasible And the leaching rate of Ag is below 20% The Ag content in cathode antimony is below 200g/t The silver precipitated in slag is riched in lead concentrate, and can be recovered in lead pyrometallurgy
