回转窑预热器用喷涂料的研制与应用

以二级甲矾土熟料及特级特级矾土熟料为主要原料、矾土水泥为结合剂,添加适量的增塑剂、促凝剂制成的石灰窑预热器用喷涂料试样。试验结果表明:随着矾土水泥加入量的增加,喷涂料的815℃烧后强度先增加后下降,矾土水泥的适宜加入量为4a%。随着SiO2微粉加入量的增加喷涂料815℃烧后强度逐渐增加,其适宜加入量为3b%左右;随着促凝剂加入量的增加,试样初凝时间缩短,结合现场施工要求,认为其加入量以2c%~3c%为宜。研制的喷涂料应用于某公司日产600 t活性石灰回转窑预热器,使用效果良好。

Development and Applications of Sprayed Refractories Used for Preheater of Rotary Kiln

The samples of sprayed refractories used for preheater of lime kiln were prepared with secondary first rate and superfine bauxite grog as main raw materials,bauxite cement as the binding agent,as well as appropriate amount of plasticizer and accelerator.The test results showed that the strength after firing of sprayed refractories at 815℃ increased then decreased with the increase of addition for bauxite cement and the modest addition of it was 4a%;the strength after firing of sprayed refractories at 815℃ was on the increase with the increase of addition for microsilica and the modest addition of it was around 3b%;as well as the initial setting time of samples was shortened with the increase of addition for accelerator and the modest addition of it was about 2c%~3c% combined with the requirements of site operation.The sprayed refractories are used for preheater of rotary kiln with daily production of 600 t active lime in a company and the effects are fine.
