二氧化硅载银抗菌剂制备的研究

摘    要:以本地富产水玻璃为原料制得多孔二氧化硅载银抗菌剂。实验表明其抗菌效果与载体制备工艺有关,以碱法工艺为佳,杀菌率可达97.5%。用正交实验方法优化得载体制备及其载银的适宜条件分别是:NaCO2质量为5g,乙醇的量为1ml,反应温度为70℃和温度45℃,AgNO2浓度0.3mol/L,反应时间为16h时。产品重复样平均杀菌率97.8%

Abstract:Multiaperture silver-carrying silicon dioxide antibacterial agents are made out of sodium silicate material. Experiment results show that the antibacterial effect is related to the technology of supporting formulation. The preferable effect of the alkaline processing is as good as 97.5%. The suitable conditions for supporting formulation and its silver containing, which are obtained by the orthogonal experiment approach, are as follows: Na2CO3 mass=5g, ethanol quantity=1ml, reaction temperatures=70.0 & 45℃, AgNO3 concentration=0.3mol/L, and reaction time= 16h.The average bactericidal rate is as high as 97.8 %.
