| 摘 要： | 分析了对称布置型多级煤水泵轴向力产生的原因，给出了轴向力的计算公式，提出了平衡轴向力的措施－将首级叶轮（如级数多，则为低压侧末级叶轮）后盖板进行部分切削。采用上述措施的，多级离心泵的大修寿命提高５倍，推力轴承不再损坏。
