摘    要:本文提出了一种基于延边三角形接法的新型变极绕组,采用这种单绕组的双速电动机用简化的开关来实现变速且变速时不需切断电源,变速切换的可靠性较高。该绕组基波分布系数较高,磁势高次谐波含量较低,双速下有合理的气隙磁密比,有关广阔的应用前景。文中着重论述新型绕组的设计原理与方法。

Abstract:A new Pole-changing winding with double deltastar/single delta-star series connection is proposed in this paper. The speed-changing of 2-speed induction motor using the simplex winding is achieved by a simple switch without interruption of power supply. There fore,there is higher reliability at the speed-changing switchover. The new winding gives a higher fundamental spread factor, a less MMF higher harmonic content and a suitable ratio of air-gap flux density between both speeds,and it has wide application prospect. This paper focus attention on design principle and methed of the new winding.
