| Abstract: | The paper illustrates that the bumping at bridge-head,a usual quality problem of roads and bridges,affects seriously the comfort and safety of the passing vehicle,analyzes some reasons for the bumping at bridge-head,points out some prevention measures and its maintenance,and it is significant for the improvement of the vehicle's safety and the reduction of the project costs. |
