| 摘 要： | 为了保证剃齿刀经重磨后能剃出精度较高的齿轮和使齿轮渐开线有效起始点的位置保持一致,本文给出了剃齿刀使用至磨损极限时重磨参数的计算公式及其数值,以便控制刃磨精度,提高被剃齿轮质量。

| Abstract: | In order to guarantee the high precision of gears to be shaved by resharp- ened shaving cutters and make the valid start point of involute be correspondent,this article pre- sents the formula for resharpening parameter calculating after cutter wear life and thus resharpen- ing accuracy can be controlled,meanwhile the quality of the gears to be shaved can be enhanced. |
