| 摘 要： | 本文基于对北京本科院校大学生朋辈辅导员工作情况的问卷调查,发现在共性基础上存在着差异,211院校的学生以及各类院校中有过学生干部经历的学生对于学生工作以及朋辈辅导员工作更为积极乐观,所以学生工作需要结合院校类型,给予更多的学生以学生管理工作的锻炼成长机会.
