| 摘 要： | 根据片式铝电解电容器结构的特殊性,通过对工作电解液用溶剂、溶质和添加剂的研究分析与选择,以及对生产工艺的调整,研制出适用于无铅回流焊条件的片式铝电解电容器,在105℃条件下的工作寿命达到2000h。

| Abstract: | Based on the structure feature of SMD aluminum electrolytic capcitors,the solvent, solute and the additive used for working elecrtolyte were studied,analyzed and chosen.The manufacturing technology was improved as well.The SMD aluminum electrolytic capacitors which resist lead-free reflow soldering are developed.This type of product could endure 2 000 hours load life at 105 ℃. |
