多壁碳纳米管表面腈基改性研究

摘    要:以偶氮二异丁腈为反应物,采用自由基反应对多壁碳纳米管进行功能基化,并在碳纳米管上连接腈基官能团.以红外光谱法证实碳纳米管的功能基化,以热重分析法得到反应产物的功能基团质量分数变化情况.研究了影响反应的因素,并对反应条件进行了优化,结果表明,选择^mAIBN/^mMWCNTs≥16,反应时间以6 h为宜.以四氢呋喃为溶剂在50℃反应,或以无水乙醇为溶剂在60℃反应,即可得到功能基化的多壁碳纳米管.

Abstract:Nitrile groups are linked with multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) by using azobiisobutyronitfile (AIBN) through radical reaction. Functionalized reaction is proved to be successful by IR spectrum of product, and the content of nitrile groups in the functionalized MWCNTs is measured by thermogravimeter (TG). Several factors that should be studied. The reaction condition is optimized, the result of the study shows that functionalized MWCNTs could be obtained by reacting THF solvent at 50 ℃ or alcohol solvent at 60 ℃ with ^mAIBN/^m^WMWCNTs ≥16 in 6 hours. It is an easy but efficient method to functionalize MWCNTs with AIBN and the quantity of functional groups can be controlled by selecting reaction condition.
