摘    要:改性动物胶砂芯粘结剂系一种胶原简单水解的蛋白质衍生物,并经酯化和接枝共聚等改性合成无毒、无污染的天然有机高分子化合物,经过改性的动物胶粘结剂不仅在室温下能保持液体,而且,它的抗拉强度比未改性的提高1-2倍,它的主要特点是:强度高、澄散性好、无毒、无污染、成本低,特别适用于低熔点的铝、镁合金及铸铁件的生产。

Abstract:The modified gelatin binder is a natural organic macromolecular material modified by esterification and graft copolymeri zation of the protein derivative obtained from partially hydrolyzing the collage n.The modified gelatin binder not only remains long-term liquid at room tempera ture,but also the tensile strength of core sand prepared from the modified gelat in increased by 1~2 times over the unmodified gelatin.The core sand binder can be characterized with higher strength,easy collapsibility,better gradation and l ess cost,hence it is particularly suitably used in non-ferrous metal castings.
