摘    要:对基于余料的五金零件排样系统进行了研究。设计了AutoCAD与系统之间的接口,用来识别和编写DXF格式文件。在导入余料和零件DXF文件的基础上,进行基于包络矩形的半自动优化排样,之后,利用交互式排样模块作交互式修改,显示排样结果,输出排样DXF文件。系统对中小型五金零件加工企业具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:This article studies on the Nesting System of metal components based on the remaining material.It has designed an interface between AutoCAD and this system.This interface can identify and write the DXF files.Based on the DXF files of remaining material and components,the system gives a semi-automatic nesting of the rectangular envelope.Then,people can modify the results,and display it in special form,output its DXF files.This system is valuable for SMEs which manufacture the metal components.
