碱性亚钠法制浆中段废水处理系统的调试和运行

摘    要:对碱性亚钠法制浆中段废水生化处理的调试和运行特点进行了研究。主要工艺为水解酸化-接触氧化-混凝法,分析了进水流量和污染物浓度变化对处理效果的影响,为该工艺的调试运行提供指导。工程实践表明,该工艺处理效果良好,运行费用较低,生化段CODCr去除率达到80%以上,出水达标排放。

Abstract:Commissioning and operation characteristics of the biochemical treatment of bleaching/washing effluent in a sulfite pulping plant were studied. Hydrolytic acidificationcatalytic oxidation-coagulation process was adopted, and the treating effect on water inflow and pollutant concentration variation was analyzed and the analysis can be used as a guide for the commissioning and operation of the system. The operating practice indicates that the process had a better treating effect, lower operating cost, and the CODcr removal rate had reached more than 80% and the effluent treated met the national discharge standard.
