基于联合熵的几何产品测量不确定度评定方法研究

摘    要:针对几何产品由多个随机变量合成测量不确定度的评定问题,本文提出了一种基于联合熵的测量不确定度评定方法,该方法利用了信息熵的可加性原理,将多个随机变量的信息熵相结合,建立了基于联合熵的评定数学模型,再进行总体测量不确定度的评定.最后,通过弓高弦长法测量机床主轴直径的应用实例,来说明本文方法的准确性和实用性.
