| 摘 要： | 轧件跟踪是轧钢自动控制的基础,其目的主要是为了帮助控制系统和操作人员实时了解轧线状况和对指定的轧件准确地进行各种控制、数据采样、操作指导等。通过对轧件跟踪过程中轧件属性的分析,阐述了轧件跟踪的特点、难点。结合实例提出了用PLC如何实现精度高、可靠性好、实时性强的轧件跟踪系统,大大提升了轧件跟踪自动化水平。
