广东乡土地被植物资源及园林应用潜力

广东地带性植被为南亚热带季风常绿阔叶林,群落结构和层次都很丰富,处于林木下层的地被植物资源也十分丰富。通过对广东现有乡土地被植物资源的调查和相关资料的整理,对乡土地被植物的应用特点和研究现状进行了分析和概述。分类介绍了蕨类、草本类、矮灌类和藤蔓类4类乡土地被植物的特点及其在园林中的配置应用。最后,对乡土地被植物的引种研究和园林应用前景提出了展望。

Native Groundcover Plants Resources of Guangdong and Their Potential for Application in Landscape Architecture

Characterized by a lower subtropical monsoon evergreen forest as the zonal vegetation, Guangdong province has a rich diversity in community structure and forest stratification, as well as abundant groundcover plants species. The characteristics of native groundcover plant application are summarized and the present state of research is analyzed, based on survey, and analyses of native groundcover plants of Guangdong. The characteristics and application in landscape architecture of the groundcover plants are described in four groups, i.e., ferns, grasses, dwarf shrubs, and vines. Prospects for future species introduction of the native groundcover plants and their application in landscape architecture are also indicated.
