| 摘 要： | 中国是养蚕大国,有着丰富的蚕沙资源。目前蚕沙主要被用作农田肥料或直接被丢弃,不仅未能得到充分开发利用,而且造成环境污染和资源浪费。近年来,蚕沙资源在工业、农业、医药及食品工业中不断得到利用。现主要对蚕沙资源的基本情况,以及在畜牧业、种植业、医药与食品等行业中的多元化利用进行了综述,并对其前景进行展望。

| Abstract: | China is a big country of sericulture,which has rich resources of silkworm excrement.At present,silkworm shit has not been fully exploited,mainly used as agricultural fertilizer or be dropped,which caused environmental pollution and resource waste.In recent years,silkworm excrement resources continued to be utilized in industry,agriculture,pharmaceutical and food industries.This article mainly reviewed the basic situation and diverse utilization of silkworm excrement resources in animal husbandry,farming,pharmaceutical and food industries,and the future of applications prospect is presented. |
