电器盒面盖注射模设计

摘    要:电器盒面盖注射模采用热嘴结构从产品背面的中心进料,既改善了PC料的流动性,又节约了成型后的浇道凝料,还缩短了塑件的成型周期。模具结构利用先复位机构的工作机理,实现在定模一侧设置顶出机构顶出注射成型后的塑件,满足了产品的外观质量要求。

Abstract:The injection mold of top cover of electrical parts holder feeds material from the center of products back by hot mouth structure, which improves the fluent character of PC material, and saves gate concretionary material after forming, as well as shortens the forming cycle of plastic parts. By applying working principle of antecedence reposition mechanism in mold structure, ejector mechanism is set in one side of fixed mold to eject injection formed plastic parts, which satisfies surface quality requirements of products.
