配油孔定位研究

摘    要:根据非圆齿轮液压马达的齿轮节曲线设计原理,将齿轮间的啮合传动转化成齿轮节曲线之间的纯滚动,提出了通过计算封闭腔最大、最小面积时行星轮的中心位置,计算配油孔的位置和大小的等距节曲线定位法,并利用MATLAB作出了4-6型的仿真图形,为配油孔设计提供了理论依据.等距节曲线定位法结合非圆齿轮液压马达节曲线设计特点,可以精确地计算出配流孔的位置,可提高配流孔的定位精度和修正配流的位置.

Abstract:According to the theory of the design of hydraulic motors with non-circular planetary gear, a formula for calculating the position of the oil hole is deduced and a 4 -6 model is provided, which provide theoretic basis for the oil distribution design. The method of equidistant pitch curves, which takes the character of design method of pitch curves into accout, advances precision of locating the position of oil hole and is significant in guiding the design of the hydraulic motors with non-circular planetary gear.
